“In response to the recent 2 star review…obviously a jealous competitor exercising the good ole kiwi ‘Tall Poppy Syndrome’ - now that you are successful they say “not like it was”! Or perhaps it was Maggie Z again?…c’mon, try harder you other lot and do the work, then you’ll get the results!! We know you guys peddle your wares, but that’s fine - you always disclose this. If a few more people took your advice & did something to secure their financial future NZ would be a wealthier nation as a result, instead of saying those guys are rubbish and we are genuine. Great stuff. Keep it as it is. Want to hear more about develop-to-rent, as there are really good returns, often 2-5 years after you secure a site. Lastly, guys the AFA & RFA designation is gone now (March 2021)…I’m sure you understand the changes we have been through and are now simply (all) called ‘Financial Advisers’.”
