Postpartum Depression is one of the most common conditions in women after birth. In fact, there are over 3 million cases of women per year who are suffering, often silently. Postpartum depression, commonly referred to as PPD, can alter your mental and physical state and can range in how it affects one person to another.
Today we learn from mental health advocate, entrepreneur and mama, Sasha Nicole and her severe experience with postpartum depression. Learn the difference between baby blues, postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis.
