This would be 5 stars but for the fact that you frequently give away the race results in the title of the podcast.
We are 9 hours after you in the US and we wait until the evening to watch.
So it’s unfortunate to look for a different podcast during the day (before the evening viewing) and see the results in the title of your episode.
As Ed would point out we can all improve just a little bit more no matter what level of performance we’re at. :-)
