Ron and Adam chat to Manny Heymans, the bicycle guru of Namibia. Born in South Africa, he grew up in Namibia and started cycling as a teenager. He has completed in mountain climbing in three Olympic games (2000, 2004 and 2008) and is also a top road racer, the greatest ever from Namibia. He talks about his Olympic experiences, winning the ABSA Cape Epic in 2004 and his life after racing, including opening his shop - Mannie's Bike Mecca in Windhoek, Namibia.
