Sometimes we mind-read other people and we expect others to mind-read us. We expect others to just know what we’re thinking and feeling without verbally communicating. We also assume details about a person without communicating. It’s important to not take it personally when someone is acting different. Remove your assumptions and mind-reading and have a conversation.
