“I want to love this podcast so much, Scott has a wealth of knowledge to share, but it seems to get lost in translation when he has guests on the show. I love the episodes when it is just Scott sharing what he knows, that’s when we feel like we are learning. Unfortunately some of the episodes with guests seem to become a fun conversation of agrees and disagrees with very little knowledge being transferred to the listener. Still fun, still love Scott, have been watching him since the first income property episode, but I really want to see him do more solo episodes pouring out that awesome knowledge. Deep dive into specific topics, give us the dry facts, you won’t be boring! Keep them coming!!”

“Really weird, this used to be the Scott McGillivray podcast but now it’s Jon David, but also still has the Scott intro and outro (on the first episode anyways). First episode was good but weird how it’s changed but the editor didn’t bother changing the intro and outro”
