The review title is a reference to a quote from Parker Palmer that is often referenced in the podcast: “The unexamined life is not worth living (Socrates) and if you choose to live an unexamined life, please don’t work with people.” I love this podcast. I have been listening for about a year. I decided to start at the begining. I take something away from every episode. The theme of the podcast is using radical self inquiry to get to a a more authentic version of your self, and then leading from that place. The guests that Jerry has on the show are great, and he has a way of zeroing in on what is standing in their way and helping them to understand and see past that. Jerry is amazingly insightful and is treffic at getting people to open up and be authentic. I highly recommned this podcast for not only leaders of teams and companies, but anyone who wants to develop a better understanding of themselves and then using that knowledge to bring positive change to the world around them.

I've been listening to all reboot...Read full review »
