It wasn’t until he went to college (Media Studies Major) that he was introduced to Ohbliv, Tuamie, Flying Lotus, Kxwledge and more. He began to research sample sources like Jazz, Bosanova, Jazz Fusion which enriched him and how it affected him and how he creates music. He names his Greatest Beats of All Time from Oh Boy by Camron, Still Feel Me by Jadakiss & The Alchemist and Dipset Anthem by Dipset. He names his Beatmaker/Music Producer Superheros…Knxwledge, Tuamie, Ohbliv, S0ul Unreal/David Strange and more. C.R.I.S.T.E.N started creating music with FL Studio (shout out to FL Gang again) and since that start, he creates with Roland’s SP404SX and MKII. He talks about a some of his albums “The Rapy”, “Reasons” “Flowers” & “Soldout” and the power of musical expression and Resiliency after loss.
