Incredible
Besides Tommy Rosen I personally haven’t found any one else that’s talking about what’s at the *true* core of collective addiction; trauma, subconscious patterning of many varieties, and of course an off balanced microbiota. Thank you Tommy for all of your wonderful work. I literally listen to your podcasts on repeat for at minimum 6 hrs every work day (if not 8). Anyone who finds this podcast helpful (which should be everyone, right?) give r2.0 community a chance. Tommy you were meant to do this.

I just listened to the first episode. Tommy Rosen is an amazing teacher and managed to inspire me to continue my yoga and meditation practice. This is a wonderful podcast with important content for anyone who wants to heal from addiction or just live a happier life. I highly recommend it!
