“I found out about The Reloading Podcast back in August of this year.
I was getting back into reloading after a ten+ year hiatus. I’ve been getting my gear purchased and have the supplies needed for my bench. Going to set it up in a spare bedroom. Georgia heat & humidity is tough on gear, components and me...no garage set up this time around.
While searching iTunes for reloading related stuff I found your podcast. Listened to the current episode that week and have since gone back and listened to most all of them.
Great show that is thoroughly enjoyable. I look forward to each week’s episode.
I think you have a great balance of personality and knowledge on the show. You guys never fail to get me laughing and keep things interesting.
I read Phil’s book and have to say it was excellent. Scary scenario that could easily unfold in our society if we aren’t careful. Well written and compelling. Hopefully he will earn enough from it to buy a proper 4x4 truck and get the .338 Lapua rifle he’s wanting.
Hopefully Jim will one day give the powder coated heads a try. Hopefully. Of course his Dan Wesson is going to shoot any bullet with great precision. I’d like to hear more about his .280AO. I have an older long action M700 that I want to rebarrel. That’s a caliber that has my interest.
Travis amazes me with the amount of competitive shooting he does. There is a guy who is having major gun fun. A man that shoots that much can better appreciate the superiority of powder coated projectiles. He doesn’t have time for gummy fuzzy stuff on his ammo.
The show would be easier to understand if Jason didn’t talk so much. Can’t hardly hear the other guys talk.
Just kidding. He’s one of those guys who says a lot when he speaks. I think we both probably shoot much of the same calibers, too.
Mike, lastly....I wanted to thank you for all the work you put into the show. You pull everything together and make an enjoyable experience for guys like me to appreciate.
I catch the show when I’m driving to or from work...after putting in 13+ hour shifts.
Winding down and sipping a cup of coffee and enjoying the great show.
The episode where Mike unboxed and set up the Dillon 650 wound up costing me money.....encouraged me to buy a 650.....then refunded it and got the 750. I also bought a 550 that I will do my hunting rifle stuff on.
I was hoping that Travis would update us on the new Lyman Brass Master trimmer. I need a trimmer solution and that one looks promising.
Thanks guys. Keep after it and know there are a pile of folks listening in and enjoying the show.
Greg”
