1. Folks, when we go from BC to AD, we ADD a year. Ken subtracted. Check all Dan9 commentaries about adding.
2. Dan 9’s decree was to build the City, not the temple. Cyrus and Darius 1 both gave the temple decree, but that doesn’t start the 490 years. It is either 458-57, or 445-44 under Artexertes. Sp?.
3. Still, his 1290+1335 being understood by Hebrew scholars is a good thesis and jibes with many ppls understanding of an involved Islamic end times situation.
