Actress Nat Kelley joins us today for a chat about her indigenous roots and growing up in Sydney. She was born in Peru and experienced her own struggles growing up.
However she learned quickly how to find her tribe and now uses her voice as an actress to give voice to indigenous communities.
Nat, known for her role as Neela in the 2006 action film The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, and for her roles in various TV series including Body of Proof, Unreal, The Vampire Diaries, Dynasty and The Baker and the Beauty, also explained that she feels Burning Man has work to do to be fully environmentally friendly and she took part in a climate protest there last summer.
She sits on the Board of netflix film, Kiss The Ground, which will soon have a sequel.
