HOWEVER! You’re wrong about Dehya! She’s absolutely a pushover but she is not obsessed with mora! Consider: she takes a lot of convincing to switch sides for Dunyarzad. It’s not immediate. And the mora isn’t that attractive to her at first. Furthermore, she sold her greatsword to fund the Sabzerus Festival. Would a cold-hearted mora-obsessed mercenary do that? Of course not.
I believe you have overlooked the one common factor in all of her weird behavior: Dunyarzad. She switches sides to give Dunyarzad more freedom while still protecting her. She sells her sword to fund the festival that Dunyarzad cares about. She’s not obsessed with mora: she’s a simp.
Dehya is just super gay for Dunyarzad and I’m offended that y’all missed it, especially with ningguang/beidou and yae miko/raiden ei being pretty in your face throughout the game.
