“I had seriously hoped that this would be the cream on top of the “This is…” stable cake. But no, it seems to be an opportunity to roll out the same old stories and ‘witty’ interactions. Yes we know Micah burst onto the scene, yes we know Alan was worrying about Harry Kane usurping him at the top of the PL goal scoring chart etc etc.
Given the wealth of world class experience (& Micah) I had hoped for genuine analysis and less showboating. It is sadly following the same tired format of the majority podcasts these days. Which is a genuine shame!”
