Women’s World Cup
I’m enjoying the podcast, but have been a little disappointed that the Women’s World Cup has been almost an afterthought tagged on to the last couple of minutes of the show. A couple of episodes ago the team spent 10 minutes reminiscing about their playing days and less than two at the end on the Lionesses getting to the semifinal. Surely unbalanced coverage. To have staying power the show needs to have a broader interest than only the Premier League, important though that is. And be able to prioritise between three old guys talking about their glory days and the national women’s side reaching the semi final of the World Cup.
