Like opening a time capsule and then fast-forwarding to the future
Wow! A blast from the past! Like catching up with an old friend, reminiscing about old times, but then hearing all about life in the present too. Started listening to The Restaurant Guys in 2005 in my mid twenties. While living in NY we visited their restaurants in New Brunswick, NJ a couple of times. Mark and Francis helped ignite our interest in food, wine, and the finer things in life. Re-listened to the Bourdain episode last night over dinner. What a treat! Can’t wait to hear the new episodes and maybe make a trip back to the east coast for a visit! Cheers!
