Masters of food and beverage
Mark and Francis are focused on food and wine and have been since they were friends in college. You can hear that long-time friendship come out- from the stories they tell to the way they correct each other’s memories. But beyond that friendship is a passion for making the dining experience better and incorporating winemakers, bartenders, and chefs who are at the cutting edge of your tongue. That’s where it’s so fun to listen to them: they have been trying to pull the world out of mass-produced food and factory wine for 30 years. And their efforts have won them the respect of so many excellent people in the world of eating and drinking pleasure that they get really good guests. It’s terrific to have them back in my earbuds and I look forward to who they interview next. Bravo, gents!

There is always an interesting backstory behind...Read full review »
