But beyond that friendship is a passion for making the dining experience better and incorporating winemakers, bartenders, and chefs who are at the cutting edge of your tongue. That’s where it’s so fun to listen to them: they have been trying to pull the world out of mass-produced food and factory wine for 30 years.
