Bachelor & Challenge Recaps!
Let me start by saying I ADORE Johnny Bananas and was so excited for and proud of him to have scored a podcast with the Ringer. Having said that, I think he makes a much better podcast guest than a host. His Challenge insights are fascinating and it’s really fun to hear things from his perspective and hear behind the scenes tidbits, but he doesn’t recap the episodes well at all which is sorta the whole point of the pod! I miss Bill and Jacoby desperately. Please bring them back for next season and maybe Bananas can pop in and out as a special guest co-host? Or have a small segment within each of their episodes where he can give his perspective? Do whatever you have to do to get Jacoby back for all these recaps because I could listen to him talk about anything, for hours. I also love Juliet’s Bachelor recaps (as well as her and Amanda’s Jam Session show!) but the weekly episode with Callie…oof. At best she comes off as a casual viewer of the shows she’s talking about rather than a polished speaker/podcaster/reality TV viewer which comes off as disorganized and disinterested, and at worst she has some really problematic view points that have turned me off from listening to their show. I really hope she isn’t a permanent fixture in the Ringer podcast world.

I’m begging you to stop forcing Callie curry on us. I love the ringer and and was dying for a housewives pod but the nepotism host isn’t good. Same goes for the bachelor pod

Love the new add Johnny! So decided to listen to the other pods. One lady decides to speak on big brother. She goes on to say that the cookout came up with a genius plan. Every black player chooses a non-black player and they just pick them off. Do you not hear your self? I am all for a black...Read full review »
