Love the topic but hosting could improve
I think the enneagram is a powerful tool and the best way to learn about types is to hear other people explain their types. Therefore, I enjoy the format of this podcast. That being said, the style of hosting bothers me a bit. The hosts tend to talk a lot about their own lives in a way that seems like they are detracting from the stories of the guests. My suggestion would be to give the guest the full attention. Sometimes I feel like the hosts input their opinions too much, in a way that can come across and brash. The hosts know a lot about the enneagram yes, but sometimes they act like they know more about the person and their type than the person does themselves.

Ian & Suzanne are great hosts of the interviews and exploration of peoples lives and in particular enneagram number. Thanks for putting so much time, effort and work into this podcast.

I love this podcast for its narrative approach to the enneagram - and, as a four, I LOVE its uncut long form. So authentic!
