“I don’t understand your statement of having inflammatory foods once or twice a week is okay in comfort food. Eating inflammatory foods causes a chain reaction that will leave antibodies in your body for weeks after consumption. From my personal experience, the inflammatory foods is the root of the problem. I have cured every health issue I have with this ideology. Why are we not eliminating these items out of our diet and creating comfort foods that don’t include them? I think this is the true definition of comfort food, something that makes you feel good inside and out. Everything I cook is absent of casein, gluten, and refined sugar, and everyone I feed comes back for seconds.
