“Grew up with a monarchist grandmother who was born in Newfoundland prior to our confederation with Canada, so she was an avid royalist. She also met the very young future Queen during a royal tour in the 1930’s. Followed the ups and downs of the Royals ever since. I find Jack very proper and enthusiastic about the comings and goings of the current Royal family; I think it’s important for Canadians to be more aware of the heritage and respect the Royals should engender in our history. A fine podcast for updates, gossip, news and trivia about the Royals, though one quibble I have is the near-constant focus on Harry and Meghan. I’d appreciate a more outsized focus on more of the Royals than just the few that always make the headlines. All in all, very enjoyable and chatty podcast.”
