Good, and so close to greatness
This podcast is very enjoyable, and I love hearing the stories from the different women who are interviewed, but nearly a third of each episodes ends up being filler (intro, etc) and advertisements, which wouldn’t be so bad except for that the episodes are only about 30 minutes long. I also wish the episodes would go a little “deeper” and really focus on the struggles and issues (both positive and negative) that women in Ag face... while it’s great for conversations to flow naturally, it seems like the program would be much stronger if the discussion went beyond the relatively superficial questions and discussion. Something that I, as a women who would love to make a career out of Ag, would like to know from many of the speakers is “What is your biggest regret/mistake you’ve made in your journey?” Or something along those lines. This is a good podcast, but it could be GREAT. Each episode leaves me wanting more and wishing the conversation was longer. I’ll keep listening no matter what though!

Whenever I listen to a new episode, I am reminded of how many strong, confident women are in the agricultural community. It’s a nice boost of support. PS the online community is great too. Keep the episodes coming!
