“I’m 25 years old and grew up during the era where the first YouTubers starting popping up making real content beside songs covers and gym work out videos. I follow Grant Cardone, Hormozi, Patrick Bet-David, Brandon Turner, Brad Lea, Tatiana Londono, etc. While learning from all these different entrepreneurs and virtual mentors via social media the one I gravitate relate to the most is Ryan Pineda. When I heard his story of couch flipping and it blew my mind and motivated me to try to do the same. I grew up in a big college town Rutgers University in NJ. I notice lots of freshmen with dorm and then after the first year they would live off campus or commute to the university or school. I realize all these undergraduate students needed to buy a car for the first time in their lives and that’s when I decided that that was the problem I was the problem I was going to solve. As a graduate student myself studying for a Masters degree, I know what it’s like to be on a budget while paying for tuition. I started buying minor accident cars at auctions, fix them up, wash detail them and then resell the cars for way below market value had these cars had a clean accident history report. I hang flyers all over campus and give my business cards to mechanic shops all over town to try to get another client lead. This is currently how I am paying for my graduate tuition and financially supporting myself. Flipping cars is currently saving me from the stress of being hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt like my fellow student colleagues. Unlike my classmates who are financially supported by their parents, I currently don’t have the luxury to actually enjoy my car flipping profits. Because it all goes to pay my tuition and supporting myself and my younger siblings while I’m in grad school. This part of my life is called hustle and if God allowed me opportunity to flip cars, not be in debt, & maintain my family; I’ll be forevermore grateful. I still plan to do this business after I graduate and get my degree. However after graduation I’ll have the time to fully develop myself to expand my business outside of my professional career. In short, just wanted to thank Ryan for teaching me via social media how to have a #WealthyMindset. I hope once I graduate to fully expand my business and be able to to invest with Pineda Capital.”
