Leadership is the right collection of specific personal skills and traits that is led by a lifelong commitment to self-improvement. Leadership is about being outward-focused; your level concerned about the well-being of others and how you help them to be better. In the last episode we featured the first three traits of safety leadership. So, on this episode, we start at #4.
