I used to work 10 years in business to business sales using salesforce as an end user for 6 years and I loved it and wanted a way out of selling but didn’t know how, then one day I was going all around the Salesforce website and realised I could study and become certified and make a living helping salesforce customers as an Admin. I’m happy but I want to do more. I think with a developer certification and along with a solution architect I’ve got the solution background which would help me.
I’m currently a solution designer also for Sage UK Ltd and this will help me move these skills into this role possibly into the future.
