“This podcast has been my lifeblood since I first discovered it about a year ago. (Thanks to Linda Lacour Hobar) I have loved it so much that I went back to the very beginning and have listened to every single one - and watched the must see movie.
As a COVID homeschooler we have only been homeschooling for just on three years and because my babies were older I only have five years to go. I was the only one. No one in my family, no one from my friends group homeschooled. I knew absolutely no one.
I didn’t really even know why I was homeschooling when I began, I just knew that I had to! Listening to you and your guests I have been able to clearly define my reasons, which started out as academic but that is now so far down the list of benefits.
The biggest challenge I have when trying to evangelise to extended family and friends is that I have realised that I never knew what I was missing that my family now enjoys, and neither do they.
Thank you for being my friends! I love laughing with you, crying with you, getting riled up with you and even sometimes disagreeing with you.
Your guests are first class and Yvette, you and Aby are awesome.
