Courtney Armstrong and Memory Consolidation
This episode was marvellous. This was an incredibly informative podcast and i was pleased to hear how the neurons are reorganising themselves differently for memory recall. It was very similar to many Neuro Linguistic Programming interventions - and it’s great to see how different modalities are getting on the same page. Very easy to listen to and if you’v e not come across this before - very detailed to introduce RECON from Courtney Armstrong. This was the first episode i listened to and i’m impressed. Since I wrote this, I have been a regular listener and am impressed and informed in new and interesting ways each podcast. Thank you!!! MONKEY MIND SERVICES Jane Nash
