049 Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, An Author’s Perspective
Listen now
Description
Andrea, Nolan, and guest Joshua discuss professional websites (quick correction by Josh. Wix DOES have a way to measure distance, but it isn’t relative. So, if you have two elements on the site, you have to eyeball measuring between them using the ruler at the top and side — think microsoft word– a very poor way of measuring and aligning important objects on a site.) They also discuss believability and research, “science” in a movie “work”place, unintentional comedy, scenes doing more than one thing, having pacing make sense, poor foreshadowing, bad dialogue, too much lucky coincidence, and having a proper reader’s promise.
