Description
It's possible you might not recognize his name, but if you're a fan of the NHL, or you live in Toronto, it's nearly impossible not to have felt his influence. This week we're going to tell you how as we sit down with business man, restaurant owner, and philanthropist Tom Bitove. In 1993 he met with The Great One, Wayne Gretzky, and worked closely with him over the course of the next 27 years to run one of the most iconic restaurants in the country, and a staple for hockey fans around the world: Wayne Gretzky's. Along the way he helped grow his family's company in order to change the sports landscape of Toronto forever.
