Down to Earth and Relatable
When I was introduced to Ayurveda through yoga teacher training, I instantly felt a draw to learn more and to put Ayurveda to practice in my life. I started reading books and listening to podcasts to gain understanding. When I found the Simple Ayurveda Podcast, I knew I found a teacher in Angela. She has a relatability in how she shares Ayurveda. She makes applying Ayurveda practices in life very doable and fun. Not only does she create the podcasts, she has an the online Simple Ayurveda Collective with amazing classes on all subjects Ayurveda including yoga, cooking, dharma, chakras, intuitive eating, and so, so much more. And she now offers a year long training to become an Ayurveda Health Counselor. The course is extensive yet practical. Whether you are new to Ayurveda and want to understand the basics, or deep dive in, the Simple Ayurveda Podcast is an excellent resource to gain practical, down to earth, knowledge to apply Ayurveda and see the benefits to health and wellbeing in all areas of your life.

I started listening to The Simple Ayurveda podcast recently and I love it. Angela is very down to earth and presents Ayurveda in a realistic and approachable manner focusing on the big picture and how to apply it in the modern day. I look forward to listening and learning more!
