Feeling relief !
I have been a sufferer of IBS-D for seven years and it has felt like an ongoing battle that I am never going to win. I recently started seeing an Ayurvedic coach, but as we all know, it can be daunting, confusing and downright depressing starting an Ayurvedic lifestyle with little direction. Having that feeling like you must retrain yourself on everything you’ve ever understood about food and being deprived of everything “good”. Coming across this podcast was a godsend for me. I learned so much about my dosha type and how to gain a healthier relationship with food and not be afraid of it. I learned tips for dining out, and realistic ways of living while maintaining an Ayurvedic diet. It made me excited to heal my gut and body and it made me feel confident again to gain so much knowledge from this podcast. Thank you Angela, for making me and my gut happy :)

I started listening to The Simple Ayurveda podcast recently and I love it. Angela is very down to earth and presents Ayurveda in a realistic and approachable manner focusing on the big picture and how to apply it in the modern day. I look forward to listening and learning more!
