Motivation for Mental Health
I NEEEEEDED THIS PODCAST! THANK YOU! 🤩🤩🤩 Since the whole COVID process it has been incredibly difficult to self-motivate, eat well, go for those much needed morning jogs and in some cases even work! I’m so grateful to have discovered this Podcast 🙏🏽 which has given me the motivation for my mental blockages I’ve developed over 2020 into 2021. I’m proud to say today was the first of many morning jogs I have completed for 2021. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE CURRENTLY TRAINING AND EATING WELL, FOR ANYONE STARTING TO TRAIN AND EAT WELL, AS WELL AS THOSE WHO ARE CURRENTLY CONSIDERING TRAINING AND EATING WELL. 💫🏆🙌🏽

Elliot is one of the most knowledgable people I know when it comes down to health, fitness and mental wellbeing. I love how he uses examples and explains things so easily. Very engaging and a lot of interesting topics. I mean it when I say it - this is not one you want to miss!
