Relevant. On point. Hits home.
For me listening to this podcast has been enlightening- more often than not I say to myself “yes that’s me” or “I’ve been there” to the things/topics that are presented. I’ve even had a few moments where the podcast has been able to put into words what I was unable to. I struggled with how to change our meetings in my new workplace. In my previous workplace we had this new system was great but I’ve not been able to implement it in the new workplace with any success. In listening to the succession episode it hit the nail right on the head for me! To sum it up: if you work in a not for profit or a charitable organization you need to listen to this podcast!

I just listened to the episode where you talked with Danielle Rocheleau about leadership and why investing in teams is important for any organization. I really think it was an entertaining one; I loved every minute! I am looking forward to listening to more!

I've been toying with the idea of starting a nonprofit and decided to see if I could find a podcast that talked about it more. This podcast is awesome and definitely found me when I needed it most. I've listened to all the episodes and can't wait to continue to tune in!Read full review »
