Thought provoking, deep, packed with practical tools
I have spent the past ten years failing at all levels in long term relationship. I mean that. I have been so very successful at failing that I have learned some simple things. Now I have a better idea who I am, what I feel and what I need. This podcast is like a compass. It keeps me moving in the right direction, towards connection and freedom. Jayson is brilliant, funny, compassionate and adventurous. If you want the responsibility and the tools for relationship, here you go. Jump in. Episode 34 is my personal favorite but there is stuff in here for every facet of life.
