Incredibly helpful
Jayson is doing the world a huge favor with this podcast. People tend to have a set of expectations about what a thriving relationship would/will look like, and Jayson delivers a healthy dose of reality to counterbalance those ideas. He invites his listeners to practice radical ownership, to dig into their own interiors, and to develop the ability to identify and name their thoughts, feelings, desires, hurts, and dreams. A must-listen for anyone looking to participate in a mutually uplifting relationship.
