I’m a 11 year old girl who kinda struggles with telling my feelings because I can’t or won’t hurt any way in some form ( Or I try to ) I feel like it’s hard to say my feelings because I over apologize, stay quiet even if I something is bad, try not to give sass, etc. But I always end up sounding like I’m giving sass I wanna be kind and nice but my voice just has a tone. I’ve tried everything. Does not help. I did have some hard times in life during grade 4 and 3. I kinda also if I feel like people don’t like me or I’m not cool so I just like everything they like. I believe this might be a problem….
