If there is was any constructive feedback I could give it would be to possibly capture the audio through third party software other than skype that has a higher bitrate quality. Also I understand you cant control the microphone or placement of your interviewee, but maybe before the recording just ask them if they have something better, or to move closer as to have less room noise. Lastly the level between your voice and the interviewee is occasionally drastically large, causing me to reach for the volume depending on who is speaking.
Regardless, your podcasts are truly fantastic.
