1000 times better than I expected
I was nervous as a little nightmares fan since I though revealing to much information would ruins the franchise, but they did so masterfully. They naturally have to reveal before you even start the podcast that the world of the games is an alternate nightmare dimension accessed by dreaming, but they handle it well. The exact manner and nature of how this happens is kept up in the air, and information that might reveal something too soon is redacted, so the Franchise’s sense of mystery remains intact. In addition, the overarching story is gripping with the characters of Otto and Noone being very interring with their slowly revealed back story, they new locations and monsters shown, and the return of who is presumably the ferryman as the main antagonist all working to make a story worthy of the world in takes place in. I can’t wait for the new episode, though I have a feeling that the ending will be just as heartbreaking as that of the games.
