“Let me start by saying that I’ve recently been hooked into deer hunting public land. My previous experience has been the traditional redneck blind on private land.
After having listened to podcast from Glen Solomon, Adrian Farley, and Robert Carter, I can say I am fully confident that I can go onto any public property and put myself on deer.
This past weekend I put the podcast into action by actually doing the tactics learned. I scouted 3 hours the day prior and the following morning had 7 does within bow range. Unfortunately I was spotted on my draw and couldn’t make it happen. Even though I goofed, I felt accomplished. I found the thickest stuff possible, found them feed trees, put myself on the most recent sign, and got extremely close to a lot of deer. Major improvement over last year hang and hunt the same scrapes over and over.
All in all, great podcast with entertaining hosts. Great information for us southern guys.”
