Great resources
I work at a University training teachers and frequently share Betsy’s resources with my teacher candidates. My favourite is hexagonal thinking. Her resources are ready to go or easy to adapt to your own situation.

I was happy to find this podcast right as it started out. Each episode is packed with ideas that you can try. I love how her thoughts get my creativity flowing as well! Definitely worth a listen! I teach 6th grade all content areas, and I still find this very applicable to me.

I love the episode on teaching the college essay and I even played it in my classroom for students. I have used so many of Betsy’s teaching ideas and lesson resources since I have been following her on social media - thank you for inspiring me, Betsy!

This is a wonderful way to get and expand on ideas. So get your paper and pencils out and start taking notes and planning. So many ideas that are jumping off points.
