This week TeeJay is talking to J Grange a 19 year old rap artist and songwriter.
He's been through a few challenges in his time and in this episode he talks about his experiences at school which made him feel isolated, getting caught up in the wrong crowd outside of school and his mental health struggles.
Of course there is a positive, J also talks about how he turned all this around and is now working in Pupil Referral Units to help show children who've been excluded that they also can make a difference too.
As we mentioned above this conversation involves a frank discussion about feelings of suicide and suicidal thoughts.
