Faye Gennard runs a business in an industry dominated by men. She'd always wanted to be an engineer (since the age of 4 in fact). But school was a challenge and the subjects she had to do in college were also difficult. She tells TeeJay how she overcame bullying and teachers advising her she wasn't good enough in the important engineering subjects to now have her own business.
