“I have been listening to The Spiritual Gayz for almost a year now. I love the honesty and humbling delivery of their messages. Personally, in the past few years I have been dealing with a lot in my life and you guys have helped me to slow down and take time. Time is one of the most wonderful gifts we can all give ourselves. However, it is challenging to incorporate it since must of the time I am always on the go hustling from one project to the next. In other words allowing time to recharge or just be is super important. You guys, have guided me to be aware of this practice. In the present moment, while we are all quarantining, anxiety and panic feelings sky rocketed. So much uncertainty and doubts surrounds us all. It is definitely a time in history to be connected more than ever. You guys do a wonderful job in keeping us all grounded and hopeful with open hearts and aware eyes.
