You lost me.
I enjoyed the podcast the first few months but now it feels more like listening in to famous people meeting up for the first time and trying to make friends than it does a mental health podcast. As someone who doesn’t watch much tv at all, I don’t know who 95% of the guests on the show are and I’m going into it completely blind. Half of the episodes are spent talking about whatever reality show the guest was on and not mental health related at all. I started following the show because it felt like a refreshing open conversation about mental health and the struggles that come with it but I’m no longer following because I’m annoyed by the lack of mental health conversation and the tv gossip that fills the episodes.
