For some reason, all of the channel changers in St. Canard are being stolen. Yes, a tv remote control is being referred to as a channel changer. Captain Crook and his henchmen pirates are taking over the airways with an evil plot. It's up to DW & LP to stop these crooked pirates and save St. Canard.
