In the past few days we've heard news that many popular restaurants in the city have closed their doors for good. Todd Perrin is no stranger to the struggles of running a restaurant. He's currently the executive Chef at Rabble on Water Street and also Food & Beverage Sector Representative with Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador.
