Listen now
Description
Dr. Doug Osborne is at the forefront of cutting-edge waterfowl research through the Osborne Lab at Univ. of Arkansas-Monticello and the Five Oaks Ag Research & Education Center. Osborne joins the show again to provide late and post-season movements of mallards and observations made afield during the spring banding season. We get into out-of-whack sex ratios observed amongst the mid-continent mallards, age ratios, banding history, and where the ducks went during the big mid-January freeze.
