“Hello There SWUnderworld, from Norway (or should I say Hoth)
I have listened to your podcast consistently since 2016 (I think, not totally sure) and I have been amazed by how amazing this podcast is. You blow me away with how interesting discussions, while I also love that you aren`t as negative as some Star Wars-fans should stop being. I don’t agree with everything, but that’s ok, because you all justify your opinions in some of the best and most understandable ways. I also love how you cover the news, you are mostly the one news site for Star Wars-news that I have read. I have even used your site as sources for my own articles for the norwegian website “Kinomagasinet” (I don`t think you would understand what it says since it is in norwegian). I also love that both you as well as I love Clone Wars since that was my real introduction to Star Wars.
I will also thank you for inspiring to go deeper into the universe that is Star Wars through watching Resistance, Rebels, books, comics and more. Soon Mandalorian too … Yes, we still don`t have Disney+. Crazy I know. And yes, I can pirate it, but I’d rather wait patiently like a jedi. Well it`s at least one month away now at the time of writing this.
You are also one of my main inspirations to start podcasting sometime in the future (Other podcasts that also have inspired me are IPC, and 2 norwegian ones about gaming and sometimes movies and tv). Don`t know when, but I do know that I wanna do that.
Now there is one little thing I don`t like about your podcast. And before I start it is not the thing that you would usually expect. It’s the commercial you have on IPC where you are trying to parody the show and whenever I hear it, it sounds more soulless than the actual podcast. If that was the only thing, I heard from you about the podcast then I think I would have been interested in it. I know that commercial is just for fun, but I feel like if you just had some random funny or interesting clip from the actual podcast, I think it would work much better. But that’s just my opinion, I am usually skipping the ad anyway, so you do.
Just promise me one thing: Make this podcast as awesome and incredible as you can until it stops being fun. Thanks for every podcast you have made and every you will make in the future! I love you and I will keep listening to you forever. With best regards from Matias in Norway.
