Welcome to The Storm Report Podcast, part of The Storm Report Radio Network!  In this episode, Tommy Castor has the details of the enhanced severe weather threat across central Texas for Wednesday, May 27th, 2020.From the Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma, there is an enhanced risk of severe weather for central Texas as the day goes on.  Conditions do look to be favorable for development of tornadoes later in the day, as well as damaging winds and large hail.  Cities in the enhanced risk zone include Austin & Waco, Texas.  There is also a slight risk of severe weather surrounding the enhanced risk, including Houston and San Antonio, Texas.*Please note that this information is valid as of 12 pm on Wednesday, May 27th and conditions may change.Also, today is the 23rd anniversary of the devastating Jarrell, Texas tornado.
