An empathetic delight!
I thrill at seeing a new episode of the subtext pop up in my feed more than any other podcast. Brian is insightful, empathetic, open interviewer. His kindness, generosity and curiosity lead to conversations I continue to think about long after listening. Playwriting can often be a lonely vocation. Listening to this podcast always make me feel the embrace of community.
